come to me when there is no one in the coat room to retrieve their jacket and put it away for them. Meanwhile, in the cocktail room the staff usually starts bringing up the cold food from downstairs and preparing the hot food. Once a half an hour passes by everyone is moved into the cocktail room, which then allows me to have time to clean up the lobby and prepare it for the next event. I then make my way to the kitchen to get everything ready to pass orderves to the guests of the party making my way back and forth repeating this cycle until cocktail hour is over. An announcement is then made for everyone to make their way to the ball room across the hall. Once they clear out of the cocktail room the staff then cleans up after everyone, prepares themselves a plate to eat.
