Many of you already know that you have to take charge of your hair and your clothes. Maybe you know that all too well. You're also figuring out that you have to take charge of your diet and exercise, of trying to look good and feel good. This is what being young is about; figuring out. But, honestly, how many of you have figured out the education part? Sometimes it may seem that school and students are from two different worlds. We tend to resist what adults want, just to say, don't bother me with serious stuff now, I'll worry about that in a few years.

you have not figures out is that a lot of people don't give a damn whether we become educated or not. Some of these people run the schools we go to. Teachers do their job teaching, but that's all, the rest is up to you. You got to start taking care of your education, otherwise, no one else will.How many of you don't know how to multiply and divide? Many of us don't know where the pilgrims came from, which direction they went in or where they landed when they got there. Some of us don't know the names of the oceans, the freezing point of the water or what 8 times 8 is. And I can tell it is no one else's' fault but ours.
