They have to perform to increase all aspects of the subunit of the company. The managers and the rest of the chain of command are responsible for non-financial information as well. The major accounting staff is also internal as they are part of the Chief Financial Officers department. Other non-information personnel would be your customer service employees who are the ones staffed to run the subunits. They all report to what we call Division Vice Presidents. Also have where house employees in which they also report to Division Vice Presidents. There are other departments who report to other Vice Presidents. In turn all these positions report to the Vice President of Operations In turn all the Vice Presidents report to the President of the company. The President reports to the Board of Directors.
