I was surprised when I was working on my ‘Who am I’ presentation that it was hard for me to come up with three words I would like to have said about me. I had to ask my mom for advice on what three words she would use. I enjoyed doing the Who am I presentation, I like to tell people who I am and not make them try to guess who I am.

He stated that the deepest problems for people are loneliness, isolation, and difficulty with self-esteem. I think that more and more people are being coming lonely; it comes from all age groups. Loneliness is most common among teenagers, unmarried young adults, the divorced, and the widowed. Loneliness makes a person vulnerable to many different situations; this may include more depression and use of drugs as an escape.
I learned that meeting people and forming relationships should be fun but because of our society, we have made the process of getting acquainted and developing relationships an involved process.
