From the perspective of Human Relations, the problem presented in this case are a lack of communication and low self-esteem. The reasons for this are he felt some co-workers were unfriendly, but George appeared rigid and distant to those who worked around him, which Made his co-workers feel uncomfortable to hold any conversation with him. He resented some of his fellow employees, who seemed excessively critical of him, and he felt his supervisor was trying to push him into a mold of conformity that was simply not his style. to find another job, the social situation would be the same with Georges rigid and distant attitude and expecting people to make conversation with him is going to make his co-workers feel uncomfortable and not want to approach him and start convocation. It's hard to start a conversation with someone who looks as if they are upset all the time and not wanting to talk.
