Short waits, good quality care, Insurance is sold on a nonprofit basis and has many regulations, Things are paid for without a fight, pre-existing health care problems don't matter, Health care cost and prices are set by the state , and there are still private hospitals and physician practices. Today there are many countries that use this method such as Europe, Germany, France, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, and Japan.
The National Health Care model is where an individual job makes a finical contribution to the federal government's insurance fund like Medicare. Every system is slightly different but they all influences the prices of care, puts a limit of what is covered, and limits services. Some countries that use this model are Canada, Australia, South Korea, and Taiwan.
