He is always on the phone or talking to one of his friends that comes over every single day. He’s duties seems not to have any importance to him. He never mops the hallway, you can see dirt everywhere. The glass doors are so dirt that you cannot even see through them. The trash cans are only cleaned when there is just no more space and all the trash starts to fall. The dryers at the laundry are never cleaned and the washers covered with soap residues. The elevator is a mess, it smells and looks horrible with all the fingerprints that are clearly visible. Whenever we ask him to clean or do something, he always says that he is too busy to do it, and he tells us that it will get done whenever he can.

Perhaps the worst problem has been with the inconsiderate neighbors who live in the apartment above me. They make so much noise that is just impossible to take a nap during the day and sometimes is hard to sleep at night too. Whenever they are arguing, they talk so loud that I ...
