Social media, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter has been limiting society skills over a period of ten or more years, because it has given a false confidence, unrealistic expectations of relationships, and people don't know how to act with people face-to-face and deal with body language and intimidate situations because they are behind a screen. Before we had social media we gained our confidence from standing up to people, and actually face our problems.
