This uses humour that shows the differences of how a family is, for example the family of three children, where the father thinks his awesome, the teenage girl who likes people the mother disagrees with, and the younger brother and sister that are always trying to hurt one and other. However the two sitcoms use simular humours to make there viewers laugh.

Families are seen and represented through the sitcom as tough families that argue about problems and have good times together.
