People text every moment of everyday, people may text at work, in class, while we’re on dates and in other places that we generally shouldn’t be using our phones inappropriately. The reason why we shouldn’t text in these situations is because these situations require attention and texting distracts us of our current objective that we attempt to accomplish. This is just one reason why texting in inappropriate situations is unacceptable, however, the real question is, What situations can we deem texting appropriate and what situations can we deem as improper etiquette?
