Well it has been a couple of months since I last posted to the Los Angeles Without a Car section, so I thought it was about time that I filled you in on where I was. I decided that if I was going to take on this monumental task of helping people get around Los Angeles without a car, then I was going to have to get a little more organized. I started by putting together this list of places that people who come to L. A. would most likely want to visit. You may have also noticed that Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm and a couple of other places that are not technically in Los Angeles county have made it on the list. I thought that since these are such popular locations, I could make an exception just this once. Since getting around Los Angeles successfully without a car involves developing a strategy, I tried to include in the list the information you would need to develop that strategy. I left out the addresses in this online version for spaces sake but I do have them available for later versions if necessary.
