The release of communication should be directed toward an audience. Comprehensive and formal communication needs to be done with the employees due to their knowledge of the mine. Quick, precise updates are important to have the employees know what the company is doing to rescue them. They also need this to be assured that the other mines are not at risk of doing the same thing when mining is to be resumed.
Before making this communication release, it is very important to find the best channel to send the message to both audiences (researchomatic 2013). It is best through social media to the families.
