The person on death row still gets all the rights as any other person would even though they have done something horrible, they get to make a will, prepare for death row and notify their family. The death penalty is the best way to make sure justice prevails. I don’t think that letting a murderer rot in jail for the rest of his or her life is the right thing also because they get treated good. They get food, shelter and clothes, they may not be able to go out and do what most people can but for killing someone and taking one’s life, prison isn’t that bad. It is just simply not fair to the ones who have to suffer. Someone who is jail for life could come up with a story to make people feel bad for him or her to try and reverse their sentence and that shouldn’t happen at all, if someone kills another person, they should be put to death that week.
