The first wave bombed U.S. airfields and naval ships that were anchored in the harbor.
The second wave attacked moving ships attempting to leave the harbor, control towers, and any other buildings that were claimed valuable to the United States. When this premeditated invasion nearly ended two hours later, it had killed and injured thousands of people, and destroyed numerous battleships, aircraft, and buildings.
Death, injury, and destruction brought horror over the people of the United States after this event. In a horrid scene from this film, the screams and cries of hundreds of injured people with skin melting burns or major wounds try to fill a hospital. There are too many people for the hospital to care for, so the patients are marked with a sign of who will be able to survive and who is too critical and are left to die.
