I have been asked to analyze the following assignment. In my opinion, there are many things that Frank is guilty of. The first thing is sexual harassment; anytime you are “forcing” (whether it’s physically or just inappropriate flirting) yourself on someone at the workplace is called sexual harassment. The other crimes that Frank is guilty of would include bribery, and creating a hostile work environment.
Now that we know the crimes that were committed, we must establish what legal boundaries Frank’s actions had crossed. The boundaries would include sexual harassment, bribery, and creating a hostile work environment. I say this because, it was clear that Mary was just doing her job when ...

talk to the boss and possibly get Frank fired. When talking about bribery and creating a hostile work environment, I would have to say that Mary has the same options as with the sexual harassment.
The best course of action would be to first tell the boss what has happened. In doing this you could possibly gain more options that you could use to solve this problem. But you must also know what you’re planning to do because the boss will ask you. For example, Mary could tell the boss that she wanted him fired or that she was going to file a lawsuit on Frank. She also could tell the boss that she wanted to take a few days off to get over this situation. For example, I know of a situation where this woman was a victim of sexual harassment in the work place. When she told the boss what had happened he then gave her a week of paid vacation while the woman filed for a lawsuit. By the time the woman had to return to work the person that did the harassing was fired. ...
