Also, it includes an activity which has much more to do with the need for personal contentment. For example, we need to take shower and brush our teeth every day. Another important category is Leisure. It is time free from obligations such as work or tasks and spent for our own personal enjoyment or growth. As people engage in leisure activity during their free time, it does not involve any maintenance tasks such as shower and housecleaning. It refers to relaxation and pleasure from the activities. Leisure interests are necessary and important for our personal happiness. Personally, shopping is one of my leisure activities. Whenever I go shopping, I feel relaxed and happy.
